The servers within a data center have extremely stringent requirements for cooling.

Any failure of the Mechanical system can cause millions of dollars in damage and lost data. The challenge for this project was to replace the Fluid Cooler system while eliminating potential downtime. With the use of Temporary Cooling and Pipe Freezing, Tropic was able to successfully develop and execute a 7 phase plan to replace these Fluid Coolers with absolutely zero downtime, not a single second of lost cooling was experienced by the center.
