With their growing need for additional patient rooms, HCA was seeking to build out their 10th floor shell at Aventura Hospital.

Arellano Construction teamed with Tropic Mechanical to formulate a strategy to bring the entire project in at the owner’s budget. With an extremely aggressive and accelerated schedule, Tropic Mechanical assisted Arellano Construction in having patients in these rooms by projected completion date.
