Cesar is Tropic's lead Technician and is one of our most valuable and loved employees. Cesar is the only man who seems to be able to be in 2 and 3 places at once. Often solving some of Tropic’s most complex challenges with an easy manner and a smile. If you have your chiller down and it’s the middle of the night, Cesar is the man who will be there and get it running in a hurry.
