Retirement Village

A 330,000 Sq Ft Facility consisting of a 2-story Assisted Living Facility with 60 apartment type units; a 3-story building containing a Skilled Nursing Unit with 48 rooms accommodating 60 beds and a Memory Care Unit with 23 rooms accommodating 28 beds, all of which require AHCA certification.

There will be a one-story Commons Building joining these structures to provide the basic dining, living, recreational and therapeutic services along with administrative, kitchen and laundry services. Tropic was integrally involved with design since this project was conceived in 2007. All buildings are served by an independent Central Energy Plant optimized for high efficiency, including Chilled Water, Condenser Water and Hot Water.
