In July 2012, a joint venture among 13th Floor Investments and strategic partners acquired a 31,829 square foot infill development site in the Brickell Financial District of Miami, Florida. The 387 unit luxury residential development project pre-sold 98% prior to breaking ground. Construction has commenced for the 50 Story Tower.

Tropic Mechanical, partnering with Moss CM and Feller, commenced the design build process even prior to the owner acquiring the property. With diligent teamwork, the original budget based on schematics was maintained throughout the plan development. Tropic’s engineering team met with the design team on an ongoing basis, and as a result of this integrated approach, the job will be finalized and on budget.
